What To Expect

One-time Cleaning

We are open to take one time cleaning. Move-in or Move-out Cleaning.

If you’re selling your hours, or buying a new house we are here to make your house shine and sparkling for the next buyer.

Our Hourly rate is $50 per hour per cleaner

Kitchen

  • Wipe appliances ( microwave inside and out, dishwasher outside)

  • Clean , disinfect and organize the counters

  • Wipe outside the refrigerator as well as the top

  • Wipe cabinets outside

  • Clean the windows

  • Remove cobweb

  • Take the garbage out (upon request)

  • Clean the garbage can if needed

  • Wipe the baseboard

  • Vacuum and mop the floor

Bedroom

  • Dust and wipe furniture

  • Dust baseboards

  • Dust blinds

  • Wipe window sills

  • Vacuum carpet or floor

  • Wash the floors

  • Empty the trash

Bathroom

  • Dust and clean mirrors

  • Remove cobweb

  • Clean the toilet inside an out

  • Clean and disinfect showers and and tubs bath

  • WWipe the cabinets outside

  • Clean and disinfect the sink

  • Vacuum and mop the floors wipe baseboards

  • Dust furniture

  • Clean the ceiling fan

  • Empty the trash

Living Room

  • Dust and wipe all furniture

  • Dust baseboards, chairs and door panels

  • Dust ceiling fans (within our reach)

  • Vacuum and mop the floors

  • Vacuum carpets

  • Dust blinds, windows sills and legs

  • Dust picture frames

  • Dust lamp and lamp shade

  • Dust and clean mirror

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Misc. dusting and cleaning

Tasks done upon request

  • Clean and organize inside the refrigerator

  • Clean and disinfect top and inside the cabinets

  • Window outside (at our reach)

  • Laundry ( to discuss)

  • Carpet steam cleaning (include extra charges)

  • Oven

  • Beds. If you need the sheets to be changed, please script the bed and leave the clean sheet on the bed for cleaner.

  • Dishes

  • Trash and recycling ( show us where to put the trash, we don’t take the trash home)

The customer responsibilities

  • Picking up before the cleaner comes

  • Sending us a note if you have some extra tasks apart from standard cleaning tasks

  • preparing everything for the cleaner to better do his/her job ( vacuum, …)

  • If you need your bed to be done, please strip the bed and leave the clean sheets on the bed.

Our Cleaning Products

The cleaning products can be customized; the options are: lemon, lavender, tea tree, rosemary, pine, peppermint, wild orange, eucalyptus, and thieves. (This section should be on its own with pictures of essential oils accompanied by the description)

  • Lemon essential oils is an antibacterial and antiviral essential oil, very good in killing household bacteria.

  • Lavender essential oils: have the best scent and antibacterial properties.

  • Tea tree essential oils: fights bacteria and virus, good to use as multipurpose cleaner, shower cleaner.

  • Rosemary essential oils: antibacterial and antiseptic, good for multipurpose cleaner, air freshener spray, and laundry detergent.

  • Pine essential oils: are effective in killing yeast, Escherichia coli, and other household germs.

  • Peppermint essential oils: have antibacterial properties, good for cleaning the bathroom.

  • Wild orange essential oils: works perfectly on greasy surfaces like the stove or kitchen counters. It is also good for killing bacteria.

  • Eucalyptus, thieves and all the above cited essential oils are also used for purifying and cleansing the air. They offer a relaxing, pure, natural fresh air in the home.
